As certified trainer, and lifestyle coach, former business manager for best selling author Joel Fuhrman M.D., and a protégé of Tony Robbins. John Allen started his career at 19, launching Olympia Fitness Center and then a small chain of health clubs, Major League Fitness with then Strength Coach of the Mets, Keith Cedro. Expanding his wings at the commercial inception of the Internet, John Allen moved into the role of vice president of sales for Design FX Interactive and launched South Jersey Online with Commerce Bank and then Bell Atlantic. It was in 1995 that he formed Custom Media Communications, Inc, a holding company for developing IP for the company that exists today; Performance Lifestyle Solutions. During the set up of this company over the past 12 years, which was largely and R&D period, John Allen held various positions in start up companies, including Ecademy.com (angel and business development) and Senior Account Manager for Alliant Technologies selling high-speed network technologies following the downturn in the market.
Today, John Allen Mollenhauer helps an expanding achiever population implement Performance Lifestyle Solutions, as the pace of life requires, maintaining health, and success. He appears frequently on radio and television shows, including Comcast CN8, WTBQ, Air America, MoJo Radio, and others. He is a featured speaker at the Annual CoachVille Conference, the National Health Association Annual Conference, and the Monkey Bar Gym Fitness Chain. He speaks at corporations and business conferences including all types where listeners and attendees discover the Performance Lifestyle. He is a regular contributor to the award winning Health Science Journal.
 Eddie Enriquez - President
As President of Performance Lifestyle Solutions, Enriquez oversees the strategic and business development of the company.
Enriquez currently owns and operates a sports performance company called CAP Elite with various locations across the southwest. Prior to opening his facilities, Enriquez served as president and founder of Entrena.com. Enriquez is responsible for building and developing numerous strategic partnerships and relationships as well as focusing the overall direction of the company. A former athlete and lifelong sports performance enthusiast, Enriquez promotes the Entrena mission of providing online users with the most current and advanced workout and nutrition platform, fitness products, services and technology. Further, through Enriquez’s efforts, Entrena has provided strategic alliance, Web site design, and integral sponsorship for “Get Lean Houston” – a city-wide initiative to join efforts in hopes of enhancing the wellness of Houstonians.
Enriquez previously served as president and co-founder of IMEDIANET, a marketing venture portfolio containing several start-up technology/Internet companies, where he offered strategy, direction and guidance for market penetration, strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, and venture capital opportunities. IMEDIANET is primarily supported by IMEDIA, Inc. an integrated marketing agency where he served as Executive Vice President of the company.
Prior to joining IMEDIA, Enriquez held three executive level positions during his 10 year IT career and draws extensive industry expertise from his experiences at Knowledge Base Systems Inc., Southwestern Bell, Siemens ROLM, and Coopers/Lybrand. His marketing, sales, technology and management skills are based on his foundation in multiple vertical markets including business process re-engineering, IT, specifically emerging technologies such as Internet, database marketing, and data warehousing.
Enriquez received a football scholarship to Rice University where he received a Bachelors degree in Human Performance and Health Science.
Maureen Piper – Executive Manager
Maureen, “Mo,” is a former business owner of 12 years, mother of four young adults and wife of the man who brings you the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade. From those experiences come her strengths in bringing organization, care and dedication to the MyTrainer® team.
Mo has been working with John Allen since 2003 and is an expert at the systems and concepts the company is built upon. She is driven to make sure members are happy and able to navigate through the site effortlessly.
She came to MyTrainer® as an administrator, but has since adopted the ideals of the company. Mo not only strives to set herself up in a successful lifestyle, but also provides the business expertise and support to the executive team and all members to help set them up for success.

Susanna de Beer – Director of Performance Lifestyle Operations
Susanna is a Licensed Wellcoach, Spinning Instructor, Personal Trainer, Aquafit Instructor, and Fitness Appraiser. She operates a private studio from her home in a rural area of Ottawa, Canada. Susanna has an extensive background in computer hardware and software and project management. She has partnered with John Allen Mollenhauer and the MyTrainer Team to help the "ultra busy" get control of their lifestyle and improve their health.
Susanna lives in Ottawa, Canada with her husband and daughter who all enjoy the summers at the cottage.

Linda Cook – Director of Client Services and Support
Certified as a Specialist in Performance Nutrition and a Fitness Trainer, Linda Cook has always had a passion for healthy living. Her sensitivity and motivational techniques are coupled with a keen mind for research. These skills have proven invaluable when helping clients reach their fitness goals. She takes great joy in seeing others reach their potential, especially those who are faced with health challenges.
Linda holds a B.A. degree in Sociology. As a successful entrepreneur of 15 years, she has developed several small businesses and has mentored other women entrepreneurs. She has extensive experience with families and child development. Her own life balance issues have given her first hand insight into the challenges many people face. Linda overcame personal health problems while juggling the demands of a growing family and her business. Linda currently resides in West Milford, New Jersey with her husband and younger son.
Scott Colby - Strategic Partnerships & Certification
Scott Colby is the President of SC Fitness in Dallas, TX, and is the Texas Area Coordinator of Achieve Fitness USA as well as the Education Specialist for Fundamental Fitness Products. He holds a Master's degree from the University of Virginia specializing in Biomechanics. He also works in the Wellness Center at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. He is on the Board of Directors of the International Youth Conditioning Association.
Previously, Scott worked in the Coach Krzyzewski Human Performance Laboratory at Duke University where his research interests included the mechanisms of ACL injuries during athletic competition and the higher rates of ACL injuries in female versus male athletes. He helped evaluate the fitness levels of the University of North Carolina's women's soccer players and participated in a research project examining the landing mechanisms of the Duke University men's basketball players. Scott did a sports medicine research internship in 1996 in Vail Colorado under the guidance of Dr. Richard Steadman, the head U.S. ski team physician and Dr. Richard Hawkins, one of the team physicians of the Denver Broncos.
Scott has given presentations at the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Society of Biomechanics and the Clinical Gait and Movement Analysis conferences, and has published research articles in Spine, The Journal of Pediatric Orthopaedics, Clinical Biomechanics, The American Journal of Sports Medicine, Journal of Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy, and Gait and Posture.

Carol Cash - Owner, WorkingWell: Designs in Health Promotion
Carol Cash has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 22 years. Carol has an Exercise Science degree from University of North Carolina and is a test examiner/practical instructor for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Carol believes that on-site Health & Fitness make the company a healthier company on all levels. The mission statement of WorkingWell is to help companies create health, fitness and wellness programs that employees want to use.

As a Performance Lifestyle Solutions Coach, Jessie works with High Achievers, Entrepreneurial Women, Artists, Coaches, Moms, --- and Martyrs of all walks of life! Through their work with Jessie, clients are inspired to become Attractive X-Martyrs! They learn to become self-directed and live fulfilling, connected, inspiring lives that challenge their personal and professional integrity and goals.
The tools of the trade for Jessie are cutting edge Personal Energy Management Techniques, proven Attraction Principles, and effective Personal Leadership Skills. In addition to Performance Lifestyle Coaching, she coaches groups, individuals and teams, and leads retreats, workshops, and outdoor events.
Jessie is also a professional certified life coach through the International Coach Federation. Previously in social services, Jessie is a lifetime student of personal and spiritual development. A student of yoga and Pilates, Jessie enjoys walking, nature, art, canasta, reading, and prayer, Jessie lives with her beloved husband, three college-aged daughters and pets in Pittsburgh, PA.
